Supervision

I am a qualified and experienced supervisor, providing supervision for counsellors and other professionals who require reflective and supportive practice.

Supervision is an essential part of counselling and helping professions, as it protects clients, supports practitioners, and helps maintain strong professional standards.

The benefits of supervision include reflective practice, working within an ethical framework, helping to prevent burnout and compassion fatigue, developing skills and confidence, and enhancing client outcomes.

Ali takes clients both locally, nationally and internationally, working on zoom or in person if you are locally based.

As a student counsellor, I was unsure of what to expect when I started supervision. I felt nervous and unsure of my abilities as a student counsellor, but from the very beginning, Ali made me feel so comfortable and at ease.  She has helped me to become more confident, to stop doubting my abilities, and has created a safe and supportive environment where I can learn and grow.  She’s honestly been amazing

I have had the privilege of working with Ali in professional supervision.  She created a space that was both safe and stretching, enabling real growth and deeper understanding in my work.

We’ve been having supervision with Ali since last year, and it’s been a total game changer. We’ve faced numerous challenges as an organisation, and she has been there to help us navigate through them.   She possesses a wealth of wisdom and professional insight, and has helped us as a team to progress, and open our minds to new possibilities.
